While Moulton did make in-roads in defeating insurgents over the past year, it is unclear how long those local initiatives will last without continued US involvement. Moulton speaks candidly about his year in Iraq , where he fought insurgents, intractable Iraqi politicians and a burgeoning US military bureaucracy.
