The father of a Marine from Massachusetts who killed himself after coming back from Iraq is suing the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for wrongful death, claiming the V-A failed to help his son get treatment for PTSD. We speak with Kevin Lucey, about his son Jeffrey. Nearly one out of three children in the world is considered 'stateless'. It may seem like a small problem, but human rights workers are finding that without birth papers, they cannot help a child claim the basic rights and protections due to citizens of a modern state. We'll speak with Dr. Jaqueline Bhabha, director of the Harvard University Committee on Human Rights.
